Account access

Account access is required to view pricing and place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped cold-chain with temperature-monitored packaging. Shipping timelines and carrier options are confirmed at the quote stage. Synaptic Peptides does not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited. You are responsible for understanding local regulations.

Quote process

Orders are processed as quote requests. Submission of a quote request does not constitute a purchase agreement. Pricing, availability, and shipping options are confirmed within one business day. Synaptic Peptides reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive research compounds, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered. Contact orders@synapticpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue.

Limitation of liability

Synaptic Peptides is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site. Products are sold as-is for research purposes only.
