Our standard.
Synaptic's quality posture is built on three commitments: consistent sourcing, careful handling, and honest disclosure of what we do and don't yet have in place.
Every compound in the Synaptic catalog clears three criteria before it joins the inventory:
Sourcing integrity
We work with manufacturers that meet documented production standards, can provide batch-level paperwork, and have a track record of consistent quality.
Identity and purity verification
Independent analytical verification is conducted where available. We disclose the testing methodology and turnaround on individual product pages.
Curation
We publish the compounds we've turned down and why. The "What we don't sell" list below is part of our standard, not an addendum.
What we don't sell.
The exclusion list is public. These compounds are not in the Synaptic catalog and the reason is disclosed.

Sourcing transparency.
Every compound is sourced through documented channels. Supplier selection criteria include production-standard documentation, batch-level traceability, and demonstrated lot-to-lot consistency. We maintain sourcing records internally and provide batch documentation to clinic-account holders on request.
Cold-chain handling.
Lyophilized peptides are temperature-sensitive. Synaptic ships all orders with temperature-monitoring cold packs sized to the transit window. All outbound shipments are packed on the day of dispatch and shipped via carriers with overnight and temperature-verified options. Cold-chain details are confirmed at quote stage.

A searchable, lot-level Certificate of Analysis library is in development. In the meantime, clinic-account holders can request specific COAs by lot number — typical turnaround is one business day.
